Tulips, by the millions, color the Skagit Valley of Washington State every April.  
The Queen of Sheba stands out among the hybrids with lily-like petals and a proud posture.  There is no legal parking along the roads that etch between the Tulip fields.  This photo cost me $20.00.  Thank you Officer Friendly.
