Espresso. Prepared correctly, espresso could end wars, create jobs, reduce gas prices; cause everyone to live happily ever after. In fact, very few people know what they're doing with espresso and, gosh. . . just look at this crazy world. We aim to turn things around!

Our Espresso Training Course is offered in the comfort of a residential kitchen using a state of the art espresso machine. The student will learn all of the essentials for producing the best espresso possible. We're not creating some bitter dark substance in the bottom of a shot glass, but rather the nectar that inspires poetry, the real deal. Back to Top

Food. Everybody eats it. That should be reason enough to learn how to cook the stuff. Understanding how ingredients react to heat, learning what utensils to use and how to handle a kitchen knife are the first steps to landing your own TV show. Recipes are everywhere and easy to find, but the expert preparation, the passion to thrive in the kitchen- to create something amazing, comes from understanding. Revealing the confident, professional chef hidden within each cook, is our goal.

The classes take place in a comfy residential kitchen using professional equipment, surrounded by counters with plenty of seating and easy viewing. Did I mention, we get to eat? It's really too much fun to call it a class. Back to Top

Computers. Before computers, we used pencils, cylindrical devices used for conveying information onto flimsy wood products called paper. Those days are gone now and it's time to jump into the modern age. Our goal at School Again, is to remove the fear factor from this leap into tomorrow and show you that computing can indeed be fun and rewarding. We make it as good as it gets.

Our classes are currently offered through the Everett Community College Continuing Education department, conducted on school premises. If these courses don't fit your time or content needs, customized training can be delivered to your location as required, to individuals or groups.
